WE ARE FORWARDING A BEAUTIFUL POEM BY RUI BARBOSA, WHICH WAS SENT BY A FRIEND. IT REFLECTS UPON THE CRUCIAL MOMENTS THROUGH WHICH THE WORLD IS GOING RIGHT NOW; FOR THE LIE HAS BEEN INSTITUTIONALIZED AS THE TRUTH.
"Three anchors left God to man:
The love of a country, the love of freedom, the love for the truth.
So priceless is the homeland, the freedom; but even worthier is the truth the most valuable of all;
We are willing to sacrifice ourselves for the motherland.
We can leave our homeland for freedom.
But the homeland and freedom we will renounce
for the sake of the truth.
Because this is the holiest of all loves. (Emphasis added)
