ADEQUACY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS TO THE UNIVERSAL EVOLUTION

Salut, EVERYONE! 

During my career as a fiscal auditor and through the countless companies I visited back then, I had the opportunity to verify a reality that is mainstream in the enterprises: it is not the professionals, though as brilliant as they may be, that make the companies successful.

Technical knowledge is essential and, likewise, the marketing knowledge; however both are just mere tools which, if used by anyone without universal knowledge, regardless how brilliant the project and its implementation are, it will condemn the company to failure; and above all it will compromise the stability of the society, bringing members, organizations and society in general in unbalance.

This is a serious and long issue which would certainly produce tons of books, and there are so many of them around!

Business experts and entrepreneurs all over the world agree that something is wrong, concerning that reality, although they are having difficulties to fit it within a defined analysis pattern.

On the other hand, if asked whether they agree on that proposition or not, they will tell you that it is not true, for they will be basing their assumptions merely on appearances. Unfortunately “appearances” is still their best excuse.

 Nonetheless, when one takes a closer look into the chart of global crisis, the impairments of the system come to light.

The organizations must be parallel to the universal natural organic beings so that you can profit from their correct orientation.  

Despite this fact, the business world is still unaware of this reality and got lost in a see of profits at the expense of the human communities, whose interests should also be in the business agenda.

Only then, peace, love, concord and fraternity could be cultivated in the world where, gradually, all human boundaries would be solved. A society where those who earn their living through their work could live with dignity regardless their race and cultural differences.

The day when  universities start considering the idea of changing their perspectives of  teaching to a more favorable approach to Nature and all peoples indistinctly, new entrepreneurial capacities will come along, resulting a  sound mentality free of vanity, which is instilled by the monetary system.  

This is the worst setback for the keepers of this system as well as the world population, who pay even a higher price.

By passing a knowledge to our children which is disconnected from Nature, we will make them unaware of the effects that their actions may cause on the planet.

However, it may be too late already, for after so much damage the planet may be in a irreversible situation.    

The changes should start by the primary grades of school leading up to the superior courses. All of them based on Nature so that the organizations could find a one line of development in parallel to the organic beings of NATURE.  

In order to reach the notion proposed here, it is essential the study of a knowledge which is cosmological and elevated, found only in a culture, which is purely natural – the Rational Culture in the Books Universe In Disenchantment. Only through The Superior Knowledge, there will be perfect adequacy of the organizations to the universal evolution.
